Code of Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully towards their fellow students and instructors. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the class without a refund.

Personal Data Consent
By participating in services provided by Prime Combat, the Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA, for purposes such as class bookings, communication, and schedule updates.

Media Consent
The participant grants Prime Combat the right to use their image, video, and likeness for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

Physical Condition Declaration
The participant confirms that they are in good health and capable of participating in Krav Maga training without any conditions that would limit their participation.

Waiver and Release of Liability
The Participant releases Prime Combat, its affiliates, instructors, and staff from any claims arising from their participation, including injury or death, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnity Agreement
The participant agrees to indemnify Prime Combat against any claims or legal proceedings arising from their participation, including legal fees.

Medical Treatment Consent
In an emergency, the participant authorizes Prime Combat to seek medical treatment on their behalf and accepts financial responsibility for the costs. The participant acknowledges the need for personal health insurance.

Damage to Property
The participant accepts responsibility for any damage caused to Prime Combat’s equipment or facilities due to their actions or negligence.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Assumption of Risk and Injury Disclaimer
The participant acknowledges that Krav Maga training involves inherent risks, including injury or death, and voluntarily assumes responsibility for any harm that may occur. Prime Combat is not liable for injuries sustained during training.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the session will incur a cancellation fee of 1 credit (equivalent to the session fee) plus an additional $20 charge. If a refund is applicable, the remaining balance will be credited back to the participant’s account.

No Show Policy
For no-shows, where the member does not attend the scheduled class without prior notice, will incur a no-show fee of 1 credit (equivalent to the session fee) plus an additional $40 charge automatically. No-shows are strongly discouraged, as they prevent other members from booking the slot and impact overall class availability.

Personal Property
Prime Combat is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants are responsible for storing their belongings securely.

Payment and Fees
Fees are only paid by credit/debit card, and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. For package deals or memberships, refunds will only be considered in special circumstances, as determined by Prime Combat.

Extension Policy
To request an extension for your membership or session package at Prime Combat, submit a formal written request to [email protected] . Extensions are limited to 30 days, granted on a case-by-case basis, and require a $30 fee. During the extension period, memberships or packages will be frozen and will resume immediately afterward. Outstanding fees must be cleared before processing. Promotional memberships are excluded unless specified.

Freezing Policy
Customers may request to freeze their package if they are traveling for more than 14 consecutive days. All freezing requests must be made in advance, and proof of travel may be required. The package validity will be extended based on the approved freeze duration.
The freezing limits for each package are as follows:

  • 4-Session Package (Valid for 60 days): Freezing is not available. Customers who wish to pause may cancel and resubscribe later.
  • 12-Session Package (Valid for 150 Days): Customers may freeze their package once, for a maximum duration of 15 days. The freeze period must be at least 14 consecutive days.
  • 24-Session Package (Valid for 210 Days): Customers may freeze their package up to twice, with a total maximum freeze duration of 30 days. Each freeze period must be at least 14 consecutive days.

All freeze requests are subject to approval and must comply with the conditions stated above.

Automatic Renewal
Session packages will renew automatically once all credits have been used or after the credits expiry date, provided no extension period has been granted. The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method on file. To cancel automatic renewal, it is compulsory to notify us in writing at least 7 days before the expected renewal date. Once processed, renewals are non-refundable.
